Unlike Swedish massage, where we apply slow, constant and gentle pressure to release muscle tension, Our focus for deep tissue begins with a unique massage manipulation that involves a style of crawling on your back and the use of our knees next to the spine , it applies a lot more pressure and is useful to un-knot those muscles and it begins relaxing the protective layers surrounding the bones, and joints. Cocos approach to traditional massage, with acupressure, and a foot massage ,loved her ability to the use of her body to apply more and less pressure as required. It is a real testament to her skills giving a sense of immense relaxation. thanks again to the best implementation of massage movements that you said are derived from five thousand years of ancient Chinese teachings.
